The EUNICE European University Alliance invites academic staff from partner institutions to submit proposals for the organization of Research Summer Schools to be held in 2026 and 2027.
These summer schools aim to promote international and interdisciplinary collaboration among researchers, as well as foster engagement with students and early-career academics from across the alliance.
Who can apply:
Academic staff from any of the EUNICE partner universities.
Requirements:
The proposal must involve at least three EUNICE partner institutions,
The school should have a clear international and interdisciplinary character,
A co-coordinator from the University of Cantabria (UC) is required.
Funding available:
Up to €15,000 to support the organization of the summer school.
Evaluation criteria:
Academic and organizational quality of the proposal (max. 30 points),
Relevance to EUNICE’s strategic academic areas (e.g. sustainable development, smart cities, health, environment, energy) (max. 15 points),
Potential for long-term collaboration and impact (max. 5 points).
