From July 1 - 12, 2024, the University of Cantabria is organizing a Blended Intensive Programme course under the Erasmus+ program "Introduction to Global Studies" for 3 ECTS credits. The course will consist of two parts: virtual and onsite in Spain.
The deadline for applications to PP is 15.03.2024.
The course prepares students to understand how globalization has affected a whole cross-section of disciplines, such as business, migration, the arts, health or environmental issues. The "Introduction to Global Studies" course will be taught in a hybrid format - online and onsite by lecturers from the following institutions: University of Catania (Italy), University of Cantabria (Spain), Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus - Seftenberg (Germany), Karlstad University (Sweden) - i.e. universities that are part of EUNICE European University, and University of North Carolina at Charlotte (USA).

The prerequisite for participation in the course is the approval of the Erasmus+ Faculty Coordinator / Doctoral School. At a later stage it will be necessary to sign the Online Learning Agreement.
