EUNICE Alliance Games 2024

The EUNICE Alliance Games, the now traditional sports tournament of the EUNICE alliance, will take place from October 21 to 24, 2024. For the first time this year, Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France (UPHF) will be organizing the event in the Valenciennes region, north of France.

For the fourth year running, EUNICE is bringing together students from its ten member universities, for the EUNICE Alliance Games. The 2024 edition of this event will be organized by Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France (UPHF) and will take place in Valenciennes.

The last two editions of this event, organized by the Poznan University of Technology (PUT) in Poland, included a mixed volleyball tournament, twice won by the Italian team from the University of Catania (UNICT).

This year, for its “made in France” edition, UPHF will be offering two mixed tournaments, in two team sports: volleyball and basketball. Each university in the alliance will select a team for each discipline, bringing together a total of over 80 students who will proudly represent their institutions at the event.

In addition to sporting performance, the Alliance Games are also a time for international exchange and cultural discovery. Therefore, the week’s program will include visits to the city of Valenciennes and emblematic local sites, as well as moments of conviviality and sharing between students, and awareness-raising activities.

For those who wish to support their university’s teams, matches will be live-streamed on the following platform: https://uphf.fr/eag-2024/. The schedule of the games is available here.

CHEER OUR PUT TEAM! :)
