On February 21-23, the meeting on "Cybersecurity for and with EUNICE" was held at Poznan University of Technology (PUT). The meeting was organized as part of the EUNICE European University project and the project of Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange - Strategic Partnership Programme (NAWA). The Beneficiaries of the NAWA projects are: PUT together with the University of Mons, the University of Catania and Brandenburg University of Technology. The first two days were dedicated to develop a joint education profile in the field of Cybersecurity, one of the EUNICE Excellence Programmes. During the meeting, obligatory and elective subjects were established, which were then divided into modules. Discussions were also held about the lecturers who will jointly carry out various subjects and who will jointly arrange a detailed course plan (Course Description Card) in the near future.

The last day of the meeting was dedicated to discuss the cooperation in jointly obtaining European grants and the implementation of joint scientific research. Representatives of all Universities presented their activity profiles and currently implemented projects, as well as proposals for new research topics. Professor Mariusz Głąbowski also presented possibilities to apply for joint grants. On behalf of the PUT, Professor Marek Domański (Institute of Multimedia Telecommunications), Bartosz Ptak, MSc. Eng. (Computer Vision Laboratory at the Institute of Robotics and Machine Intelligence), as well as Michał Weissenberg, M.Sc. Eng. presented research and projects carried out in the area of Cybersecurity at the PUT. The meeting was also attended by Magdalena Sikorska, EUNICE Project Officer and the representative of EUNICE Associated Partner, from the University of Maribor, Mladen Kraljic.
